Think City Car

An electric car-builder from Norway is making a comeback at the British Motor Show. The company called Th!nk has unveiled its new City car which is the only fully crash-tested and highway-certified electric vehicle currently on offer.

This new model is a huge advance on the company’s previous model:-

  • Top Speed: 65mhp
  • Range: 126miles of city driving
  • 0-30: 6.5 seconds
  • 0-50: 16 seconds
  • Battery charge from 20% to 80% in four hours.

These improved numbers make the car much more better able to handle everyday traffic conditions.

The car is equipped with anti-lock brakes, airbags, central locking, power steering, electric heater, electric windows, sunroof, a radio/CD/MP3 player, USB inputs, Bluetooth phone connectivity, sat nav and multimedia system and alloy wheels.

Amazingly the eco car is also 95% recyclable at the end of its life.

Production is underway in Norway and right hand drive cars start arriving in the UK next summer. Expect prices to start from £14,000.
